All new clients begin with a virtual consultation. This dedicated time lets us talk privately about your hair concerns, hair history, lifestyle, and what you want to achieve.
STEP 2 — Hair & Scalp Assessment
During the virtual consultation, we’ll take a closer look at your hair and scalp, including areas of thinning or hair loss, to better understand your current needs.
STEP 3 — Explore Your Options
Based on your consultation and assessment, we’ll discuss the solutions that may work best for you. This may include non-surgical hair replacement, a customized hair-loss solution, or supportive hair and scalp care.
STEP 4 — Your Personalized Plan
If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive clear next steps, including recommended services, hair options when applicable, pricing, preparation, and scheduling.

Once Your Appointment Is Scheduled
Arrival
Please arrive on time to receive your full scheduled experience. We understand Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable, so we recommend allowing additional travel time.
If you expect to arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, please call 813-534-0025. Please do not text.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Booking Fee
Booking fees may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment within two weeks of the original appointment date.
Children & Guests
To maintain a private, focused, and relaxing environment, please arrive for your appointment without children unless the child is scheduled to receive a service.
For consultations, we encourage a one-on-one experience so we can focus fully on your concerns, goals, and desired outcome.
